GRADUATE MASTER BUILDER (GMB) DESIGNATION

 

December 11, 2008-- Robbie Froehlich, GMB, CGR, of Corinthian Construction, Indianapolis, became one of the more than 400 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation, identifying him as one of the building industry’s top professionals. Administered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) University of Housing, the GMB program is sponsored locally by the Indiana Builders Association.

 

To qualify for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation; or have successfully completed three courses and have at least ten years of building business experience.  GMB graduates complete an intensive series of five, six-hour courses on business management techniques, and the newest trends and technology in the building industry.

 

The Indiana Builders Association is a statewide trade organization representing Indiana’s home building, remodeling and light commercial construction industry.  Established in 1952, the IBA has over 5,000 members in 32 local affiliate organizations.  IBA and its affiliates are associated with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C.
