Rob Froehlich, President
Rob Froehlich, the President of Corinthian Fine Homes has been an Indiana Licensed Builder/Remodeler for more than 12 years. Rob holds the prestigious designation of Certified Master Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler [CGR] from the National Association of Home Builders [NAHB] and is a member of the Indiana Builders Association. Rob also is a participating member of the National Builder 20 Group, a peer to peer “think tank” sharing best practices and cutting edge ideas from across the country.
Previously Rob was the president of Architectural Woodworking, a high end mill shop where he designed and built casework for commercial and medical office spaces.
Rob served his country in the US Navy before returning to civilian life. Rob is married to his lovely wife Susan and together they have four very active children.
Randen Miller

Randen Miller brings 37 years of experience in construction knowledge and project management to Corinthian Fine Homes. As Director of Home Repair and Maintenance, Randen assists all of our past clients with their ongoing home repairs & maintenance needs. This helps keep all of the homes we work on in peak performance.
John Senac
project manager
John Senac has 23 years experience in building fine homes including two Indianapolis Monthly Dream Homes. When speaking with John, one might think he is an east coaster, but don’t be fooled, that accent is from New Orleans, though he has been a Hoosier for over 20 years now. John excels at getting the project completed on time, and taking the time to meet with the homeowner from beginning to final walk thru. He is incredibly detail oriented and communicates constantly with all parties involved including the client, architect, designer and subcontractors. John’s smile is infectious and it is obvious that he loves what he does.
Wendy Crawford,
Controller, marketing director,
Wendy Crawford brings a plethora of residential real estate knowledge and a strong accounting background to Corinthian Fine Homes. Before relocating to Indianapolis, Wendy was a top rated real estate broker in Colorado. She new uses that same tenacity and attention to detail as the company controller.
Wendy also serves as executive assistant to the president, marketing director, HR assistant and office administrator. When you hear that smiling voice on the other end of the phone it is probably Wendy’s.
